This is an advance order for Akoya scallops (refrigerated), which we receive many inquiries about every year.

This is a precious scallop that is only available during the pearl harvest season.

We will ship your order the same day it is freshly picked!

Delivered refrigerated from Uwajima, the home of pearls.

Stir-fried with butter, deep-fried vegetables, rice cooked with ingredients, etc.

Enjoy it with a variety of dishes.
