■ Return /refund process
1. Please enter the necessary information in the enclosed ."Return/Refund Request Form".
Please check the "return slip" and "delivery note/return/refund request form" included in the product packaging. Please write the "quantity to be returned," "reason for return," and "total amount of refund" on the "delivery note/return/refund request form."
If you are paying cash on delivery, please also include the payment account information where the refund will be made.
(If you are paying by card, we will basically cancel the payment transaction.)
2. Please use the enclosed "Cash on Delivery slip" to ship the returned product.
Please prepare the "Cash on Delivery slip" included in the product packaging and the "Return/Refund Request Form" above. Please enclose the products (pearl jewelry, special jewelry case, pearl polishing cloth, warranty card, accessories, etc.) and the return/refund request form in a cardboard box. Please attach the payment on delivery slip to the box and pack it.
3. We will cancel the card payment or refund the payment to your designated payment account.
In the case of card payment, in principle, we will cancel the payment transaction, stop billing, or issue a refund. Because the credit card company processes the refund, it may take one to two months for the refund to be confirmed.
In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the designated payment account within 15 business days after confirming the returned product. Please note that we will not be responsible for any transfer fees.
Normally, we will notify you via email when the refund is complete, but if you do not receive notification that the refund has been completed within 15 business days, please contact us at the address below.

[Rules for trying on clothes]
In order to ensure that our customers have a comfortable shopping experience, we have established several rules for trying on items.
・Please try on clothes indoors or outdoors on sunny or cloudy days. Please refrain from trying on clothes in weather such as rain or snow, or in extremely hot, humid, or cold environments.
・Due to the characteristics of pearls, when trying on the pearls, please do not touch them directly to your scalp, but rather place them on top of your clothes or over your clothes.
・Jewelry may change color when it reacts with sweat or cosmetics, so please wear it after putting on your makeup.
・If you have a metal allergy, please check the material of the jewelry before trying it on.
・Please handle jewelry, special jewelry boxes, pearl polishing cloth, warranties, etc. with care.

・Items returned within 30 days after receiving the item.
・Defective products that are damaged, have problems, or have defects upon arrival.
[Case where returns cannot be accepted]
- Items with scratches caused by being thrown or stepped on, or items with damage that would not occur in daily life.

[About free length adjustment]
The length of the necklace we deliver is adjusted to the length that will make you look beautiful, based on past customer data. If it does not meet your wishes, we will adjust it free of charge.
Please fill in the desired length on the "Return/Refund Request Form" that was included when the product was delivered, and then return the product . Please note that a fee will be charged from the second time onwards. (Shipping will be borne by the customer)
[About repairs]
In order to ensure that the product is good quality and can be used for a long time, we will repair the product for a fee in the following cases. Request/After confirming the actual item, we will give you an estimate in advance each time, and after receiving your confirmation, we will begin work. In that case, we will be able to provide you with a very reasonable price compared to department stores and specialty stores.

Please see below for information on how likely you are to develop a metal allergy. Piercings seem to be the most common object.

[Handling Precautions]
- Pearls are sensitive to acid and heat, so please be careful when wearing them while cooking, washing, bathing, etc.
- After use, wipe it gently with the included pearl polishing cloth and store it in the special jewelry box to maintain its beautiful shine.
