Change/confirm/cancel order details
Regarding changes to order details
As a general rule, changes cannot be made to the order details after the order has been placed. Please be sure to check the product, price, quantity, etc. before completing your order.
Regarding confirmation of order details
When your order is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered via automatic reply email, so please check here.
Please note that if you do not receive an email, there is a possibility that you entered the registered email address incorrectly or that the email was not delivered due to a spam filter.
About cancellation
We can cancel your order if you contact us before the product is ready to ship. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible below.

Although we do not offer separate gift wrapping, the item can be used as a gift even in normal packaging.

【About shipping cost】
Both shipping and return shipping are free .
If you are interested in a product, please try it on at home first. If you do not like it, please return it and we will refund 100% of the product price including shipping.

If paying by cash on delivery, a separate cash on delivery fee of 590 yen (tax included) will be charged.
A separate shipping fee will be charged for shipping overseas. We do not accept returns from overseas customers.

Products will be mainly delivered by Kuroneko Yamato, and cash on delivery will be sent by Yu-Pack.
As soon as the product has been shipped, we will contact you at the email address you registered.

Usually, if the item is in stock, the item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is confirmed. Therefore, it will take around 3-5 business days to arrive.
Please note that out-of-stock items, ordered items, and semi-ordered items will require a separate delivery date for each item.

You can use Kuroneko Yamato or Yu-Pack according to your preferred time slot. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to be shipped. Please note that due to traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver your order at your requested time.
