Change, confirm or cancel your order

Changing your order

As a general rule, we cannot change the contents of your order after it has been placed. Please be sure to check the items, price, quantity, etc. before completing your order.

Confirmation of your order

When your order is complete, an automatic reply email will be sent to the email address you registered confirming your order, so please check this email.
If you do not receive an email, please note that this may be because the email address you registered was incorrect or was blocked by a spam filter.

Cancellation Policy

If you contact us before the product is ready to be shipped, we will accept cancellation of your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using the form below.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of custom-made or semi-custom-made products once production has begun.

Gift wrapping

We do not offer separate gift wrapping, but the standard packaging is perfectly suitable for use as a gift.

Shipping and Delivery Fees

Both shipping and return shipping are free.

If you see something you like, please try it on at home first. If you don't like it, you can return it and we will refund 100% of the product price, including shipping.

If you choose cash on delivery, an additional cash on delivery fee of 590 yen (tax included) will be charged.

[About delivery companies]

Products will be shipped via Japan Post's Yu-Pack service.
As soon as the product has been shipped, we will contact you at the email address you registered.


[About delivery date]
Normally, shipping will be done within 2-3 business days after your order is confirmed, if the item is in stock. Therefore, it will take about 3-5 business days to arrive.

Please note that items that are not in stock, as well as made-to-order and semi-custom items, will take a separate delivery date, as indicated for each item.


[About time zone designation]
You can use the post office's Yu-Pack service to specify the time of delivery. Please note that due to traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver at the time of your choice.

For a smooth use

If any of the following cases apply, in accordance with Yamshita-Pearl regulations, we will contact you directly and, depending on the situation, may hold back or cancel the shipment.

  • If you have repeatedly returned products without a valid reason
  • Repeatedly cancelling or failing to receive orders
  • Other cases where we deem it necessary to verify your identity
  • If we are unable to contact you via your registered phone number or email address
