This is Yamashita-Pearl.
This summer, we had the opportunity to host university students as interns.
There are three students in total: one male and two female.
By experiencing actual work,
Pearl farming is a local industry in Uwajima City.
This experience deepened our understanding of Yamashita-Pearl, which handles everything from pearl farming to design and sales.
We have bright students who are proactive in everything they do.
This was also inspiring.
I also learned a lot from the unique perspective of young people.
These are items that students created during their handmade accessory experience.
