We will continue with our tour of Kisaiya Square in Uwajima City.

The dough is made of wheat flour and starch syrup and the bean paste is wrapped around it.
It's a delicious flat baked treat.
The item in the photo was handmade by the wife of the previous owner of Yamashita-Pearl.
